Returns and Refunds
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To Return A Product
We ensure that every customer gets the ordered product in an accurate condition. An opened or damaged product can not be sold. That is why we do not accept the return of the products once they are opened, used, or damaged. Read the complete return policy in detail to know more about it.
- Returns are accepted free of cost if the wrong product, wrong size, or expiry product is delivered to the customer. Hence, returns are possible in case of any mismatch of the ordered product from the delivered item.
- A return of a sold item is possible within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- No returns are accepted in case the customer does not like the ordered product. The product packaging and online description contain all the fundamental details that are required for selecting a product. Read the description carefully to know about the product.
- Return of a sold item is possible only if returned in a saleable condition. The product, once used or tested is not eligible for return. To try and to test an item; order the sample sized products.
- Returns are allowed in case of damaged product delivery. The company is responsible only till the customer receives the product. The damage of goods after the delivery is not eligible for the returns. In the case of damaged delivery of a product, we exchange the product.
- Damages due to neglect will not be covered under this policy.
- To return a product, please send an email to notify us of your intent to return the product or products. The postage will be charged as actual. The process of returning a product is simple. After the acceptance of the return application, one has to simply contact us and return the goods to our address.
For Cancellation of Order
We at Innovative Homes allow an easy cancellation policy for all our esteemed customers. Our products once ordered or packaged for delivery can not be repackaged or ordered by someone else. We apologize to our customers for the inconvenience caused by the "out of stock" item due to pre-orders. Keeping this in mind, we do not allow the cancellation of the ordered item, and no refunds are allowed on them.
- No refunds and cancellations are allowed once the order is successfully made through our website.
- However, the cancellation of the order can be made before the ordered item has been shipped. You can check this over the ordered item delivery status on the website or your shopping account.
- Cancellation charges will be charged to maintain the purchasing sincerity and genuine business on the website.
- The refund amount of the cancelled order will be processed within 2 or more days as per the prevailing policy and guidelines of the company.
- No cancellation is initiated for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
- The order once processed for delivery is not subject to cancellation in any case. The cancelled order will be a deal similar to a return of an ordered item. Wait for the delivery and follow the process of return and exchange.

Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any sold, opened, used, or damaged product. To be eligible for a refund, you must follow certain conditions.
- The refund on the returned product is allowed only in the case of defective product delivery or in case of the wrong order delivery.
- The amount of refund depends on the running policy of the company. A refund is allowed on the products returned unused, in correct condition, and a resalable condition.

- The delivery charges, postage expenses, and other expenses are non-refundable.

- The refund amount will be credited to the same bank account (internet banking, credit card, debit card, etc.) used for the payment. Refunds will not be paid in cash.
